I'm happy to say that the quality of these photos is better than the last entry (so big ups to my photographer Zach)  I got a Canon digital SLR camera about a year and a half ago and I am still learning how to use it.  The two settings that I have been experimenting with are shutter speed and aperture.  Since it was bright out, I was able to take these photos with a shutter speed of 1/2000 of a second and f/4.  If anyone has any advice or links to great tutorials please let me know.  Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hello again!  I feel like a country girl in this outfit with the whole white blouse, denim, braided belt combo--all I need is some cowboy boots and I could start baling some hay!  I didn't want to take it to that extreme though (nor do I own a pair of cowboy boots) so I thought the heels gave it some edge. 

Last night was the weekly farmer's market in our neighborhood.  It is so fabulous having the market come through every week and it is one more reason why I love our neighborhood!  Some favorites from this summer include homemade salsa and a chocolate raspberry pie, mmmm.

Here is Champ!  I knew it wouldn't take long until he ended up on here!  Please give him a warm welcome because I am starting to think he is more photogenic than me :P

Hello blogging world!  I'm Jenny and here are my adventures...I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my boyfriend and our little nugget, Champ, the Jack Russell Terrier mix (he will be making numerous appearances here).  I'm currently working towards becoming an architect and I love all things design, especially fashion! 

Enough with the formalities--here are some pictures from a little weekend sushi date at Station Square.  Before we grabbed lunch, we shopped around and found a discount bookstore.  I was able to find a book on traveling to Chicago for our trip next weekend!  I didn't know it was possible to be even more excited for our fabulous trip to Chicago, but I sure am now :)
